They also provide other residential services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, and estate clean out. Royal Blue Services corporate office is located in Bradenton, Fl. with their current area of services included Bradenton, Sarasota, and Lakewood Ranch. Royal Blue is a female minority owned business. Their owner Susan Landman has owned and operated a carpet cleaning services business for over 15 years. Royal Blue Services also has a commercial cleaning division which offers services such as janitorial cleaning, commercial window cleaning, floor care, Vct tile maintenance, and office cleaning.
Royal Blue Services management team has over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Although experience on cleaning may be important they state that experience with customer service is their secret to success. Their owner Susan Landman is quoted for saying “We treat your home or office like it is your castle”.
