Policies & Other Info
- All rooms are $80.00 per night plus taxes and include complimentary evening snacks, full breakfast on weekends and continental breakfast on weekdays. All prices are based on double occupancy. An additional guest in rooms that may accommodate up to three will require an extra charge of $15.
- A credit card # with expiration date will hold the room(s). We accept Visa or MasterCard.
- Check-in: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. weekdays, 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. weekends. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m. Special arrangements may be made for those needing to check in earlier or later than set times.
- We have a 5-day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 5 days, you will not be charged. If you fail to show without notifying us, you are responsible for the entire booking.
- The Little Young House is a completely smoke-free environment both inside and on the grounds.
- Our rooms are designed for couples; however, we may accommodate children 12 and over if we have the appropriate available accommodations. The charge for an extra person is $15. Please keep in mind that we are not set up for small children and have many antiques and fragile items. You are responsible for any items broken by little ones.
- We are sorry, but we do not allow pets. We can, however, help make arrangements at a nearby kennel.
- We have free, off-street parking convenient to the house.
- Gift certificates are available.
